Washburn Hiking/Biking Trails Open

Published: February 10, 2024

Good news,  the Washburn singletrack has been reopened. The trails are hikeable and bikeable once again. Get out and enjoy them this weekend! Do use a bit of caution, as there are a few patches of ice out there.

Are dogs allowed on the trail?

Great question! No pets are allowed at the Washburn Trails while they are snow covered. While the coverage is thin, the rule stills applies.

Dogs are allowed on the north section of the Cassian Trail from the Beaver Lake Trailhead to the first road crossing (Sheep Ranch Road). Dogs are also allowed on the entire Nose Lake, Enterprise and Mud systems.
