Washburn, Nose lake, Cassian update

Published: January 7, 2024

With the recent break in our dry spell, we received 3-4 inches of snow.  The only thing we could do is roll both Washburn and Nose Lake this weekend.  The snow compacted down to an inch or less, and is not skiable at this moment.  We would ask you to be patient until we get more substantial snows.  Speaking of which that may occur this week.  The forecast is sound positive.  As changes take place in the condition of all three trails, we will keep everyone posted.

Thanks for grooming Dennis! Were any of the small snows from the weekdays (Monday, Wednesday) rolled in to get things more skiable?
