Washburn was cleaned up on Friday (2/21) evening. The skate deck was reset, but no classic tracks were touched. The tracks were still holding up from earlier in the week, and as of yesterday they looked good. Nose Lake was groomed on Thursday evening (2/20). New tracks were set, but due to a blown fuse the last 75 meters or so on the east loop didn’t get tracked. If you go there you will see what I mean. Skiers on Friday reported great conditions. Cassian was not groomed, because the tracks were still in good condition. The North loop looked like out had the bulk of the traffic. Any grooming in the next few days will be limited only because the weather is changing, and with the warm temperatures we have to be careful what we do and when we do it.
