Trail update 2/3 Washburn, Nose Lake, and Cassian

Published: February 3, 2025

After receiving 3″ of snow this morning it allowed us to get back out groom all three trails.  The deck at all three venues is improving.  The deck thickness is reflected in some sketchy areas along the tracks, but those areas are becoming less noticeable, and the result is a better ski surface.  With overnight temperatures falling, this should allow the trails to firm up nicely. At Washburn, there is still one trail segment closed.  More snow is needed before we drag heavy equipment over it. The upcoming forecast is looking promising for more snow, and that means more grooming.  Thanks to all that have been doing their snow dance.

Nose Lake and Cassian update 6/12
