Washburn,Cassian, Nose Lake Trail update 1/13

Published: January 13, 2024

Well there is good news and bad news regarding today’s trail conditions.  First, the good news, we got snow.  The bad news, we came up short of the 6-9 inches predicted.  We only received about 1.5 inches.  With that said, all three trails are bing rolled today.  As of this entry, Nose Lake and Washburn are complete, with Cassian getting worked on this afternoon.  After rolling there is a 2 inch deck, and it is soft.  Give it today and tonight, the trails should firm up.  The are no tracks, just the corduroy deck.  The trails are skiable, so keep your expectations in check.  Keep the good skis at home and spend sometime on this older rock skis, B skis, whatever.
