Washburn, Nose lake, and Cassian trails update 12/10

Published: December 10, 2025

Mother Nature pleasantly surprised us today with at least 3″ .  This snow wasn’t as dry as the previous snows, and has better structure.  Both Washburn and Nose Lake were groomed today, and we were able to set tracks also.  Compared to the past few years, we’re early with track setting.  We are a little behind with Cassian, because we were waiting for the last remaining wet spot to freeze over.  Cassian will be rolled this evening, and tracks will be set either tomorrow or Friday.  With the colder evening temperatures the deck and track should set up nicely.  Should be able to use good skis with this snow.
